Six interactive views that mirror the engagement deliverable: a stacked total-compensation model for 361 classifications across 5bargaining groups, CalPERS Misc and Safety pension modeling, employer benefits share including OPEB, the special-pays catalog from POA and Police Non-Sworn MOUs, and the cost-impact tool the City takes into MOU rounds. Built for this proposal — every chart populated with Modesto's actual classification structure (range numbers from the City's 2025-2026 Alpha List).
